Feeling a bit overwhelmed with winter quarter finals coming up soon? Join us on Wednesday 3/10 at 5:30 p.m. on Zoom to connect with your Hillel community and customize your toolkit you picked up on Friday at Hillel. If you didn’t get a toolkit, you can still join us and bring a journal or paper and a pen.
We will learn about ways to use journaling to reduce stress, increase self-awareness and solve problems more effectively; create a healthy morning routine; and develop a plan of positive practices for stress management to build into your daily life.
