Canning with Josh

Join us for an exciting class led by our own Josh Furman. This month we will be learning how to can and will be featuring some of the amazing produce from our Oxbow CSA and gardens, making the most of our region's bounty. All supplies are included, and you will leave with a mixture of jams, pickles, or other surprises that Josh has up his sleeve. Everyone is welcome whether you are a canning regular or are interested in trying it out for the first time.
